• Employee information

• Customer information

• Borrower information

• Loan information

• Quality-control findings

• Audit results

• Compliance information

• Technology configurations

• Vendor information

• Strategic plans

• Proprietary processes

• Trade secrets

• Other non-public business information

Dynamis Advisory will treat confidential information received during an engagement in accordance with the applicable consulting agreement, confidentiality agreement, statement of work, and applicable law.

Secure Transmission

Clients should not send sensitive information through ordinary website contact forms or unsecured email unless specifically instructed to do so by Dynamis Advisory.

When an engagement requires the exchange of sensitive information, Dynamis Advisory may establish an appropriate secure method of transmission.

Minimum Necessary Information

Clients should provide only the information reasonably necessary for the consulting services being performed.

Whenever possible, clients should remove or mask unnecessary personally identifiable information and other sensitive information before providing documents or data to Dynamis Advisory.

Borrower Information

Dynamis Advisory does not require borrowers or consumers to submit loan applications, Social Security numbers, credit reports, account numbers, or other sensitive borrower information through this website.

If a client engagement requires review of loan-level information, the client remains responsible for providing information in accordance with applicable privacy, information-security, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

No Unauthorized Disclosure

Dynamis Advisory will not intentionally disclose confidential client information to third parties except as authorized by the client, required to provide contracted services, required by law, or otherwise permitted under the applicable agreement.

Specific confidentiality obligations will be governed by the written agreement between Dynamis Advisory and the client.
